Ironing - of course I do it!

I was the eldest of a family of 5 boys growing up in Liverpool many years ago and our mum had to cope with 5 men in her life!  So she started early and taught us all how to be self sufficient - washing & drying dishes, vacuuming, making our beds AND doing our own ironing.  I'd like to think it was character building - however I realise now it was probably more to give our mum a break!  The only rule I had if I was to take over the ironing was that I would choose the iron (and pay for it of course).  So we have what I would call a "blokes" iron - bit heavy duty isn't it?  But it certainly does the trick.  Tonight has been suits and trousers night...
