Spiced Carrots
I've always loved carrots as they add wonderful colour to a dish.
My favourite way of eating them is by grating them and adding them to a spiced up oil using spices that I have escaped from my big bag of mainly indian spices and then frying the water out of them.
Always slightly different but always really great and it brings out the taste of carrot.
