The Knife of Frustration

A client of mine has been experiencing fraudulent behaviour from a staff member that has cost him around $8000.
His greatest frustration is that he cannot dismiss the staff member through a technical loop in the employment act where he, the employer admitted he didn't complete a form correctly and he was happy to show me his frustration at his own mistake.
