Nocturnal nibbles.

Something is eating my doormat during the night. Every morning I open the front door and more has been nibbled off, the remnants strewn across the doorstep. Maybe the picture of the Owls on it are attracting other birds? Who knows. Either way, I'll need to buy a new one.
