Blipfotoforever
Date Wednesday shone brightly on us, so our plan ( abandoned on Monday) to celebrate our anniversary with a wee trip to the Trossachs came into play. A coffee and a wee daunder at the David Marshall Lodge, then a brisk walk and photoshoot up the north side of Loch Katrine and on to lunch at the Boat Shed.
Been remembering all day that brief encounter with Louise (Changing Natures) this same week in March 2011, when we talked photography and she told me about Blip. The Prof and I were in Edinburgh overnight because of a rather distressing experience we were having at the time and that conversation was a wee shaft of sunlight. I've back blipped a bit before that date, but it was my proper starting point. It's hard to explain to those who do not Blip regularly what it means to us, but here's hoping this demonstration gives a hint. Thanks, Louise, and thanks Joe and many thanks to all the old friends and new I meet with here. Oh, and a big thank you to Mike Russell, MSP, who is raising a motion in the Scottish Parliament in support of Blip tomorrow.
