Lenzie Fairtrade Bake off

The food coop was invited to take along the smoothie bike to be part of the 'entertainment' at the bake off this morning.   Always lovely home baking (included in the price of your ticket) and very artistic baked creations made using at least 2 fairly traded ingredients. 

I had the most lovely moist fruit loaf which had a secret ingredient according to the sign. . . . Turns out it was butternut squash.  I'm to get the recipe from its creator.  :-D
