Hunter Gatherer

We spent a hugely sunny day wandering around Wiv. It was the annual May Fair, which we stuck out for a couple of hours, before the crowds of drunken teenagers drove us down to the pub on the river with the rest of the drunken 20/30-somethings.

My friend has always wanted to pick samphire, so it was a good surprise to find it growing at our feet! A night of curry and enforced Eurovision followed before the hours of afternoon drinking caught up with everyone.
