77. Hazy Day in London

Looked out the window this morning and thought it looked a lush spring day so almost didn't pick up my scarf...Thank goodness I did as it was a bitter walk across Waterloo Bridge this morning. Even in the early Spring cold and haze its still a brilliant view though. I often miss this walk.
