Mystery phone

I was in a building today and came upon this mystery phone all by itself on an empty desk. Use your imagination and tell me who is on the other end when you pick up the phone.  I'll treat the person with the best/funniest/most creative answer to a sundae at Hoffman's Ice Cream, our local ice cream parlor.
