#38 Colca Canyon

The trip to Colca Canyon left at 2.30am from the hostel, getting to the canyon for 6am. We spent the day learning about and visiting the villages around the canyon, attempting (and failing at) condor spotting at the canyon's condor lookout and taking photos of the amazing scenery. I managed to bump into Josie and Rachel while there, who were fairly surprised to see me after I hadn't made it onto yesterday's tour with them. The bus dropped us back at the hostel by 6pm after what was a really looong day and we made some pesto pasta before heading to bed.
