princess & the pea.....

what a day.... we went to the flat & hovered, wiped everything down & touched up the paint where it need doing.... without all the furniture it looked quite big... I will miss it there are lots of good memories associated with it...

we moved into it in September 2004 & became a family....
we got married while living there....
we had Cooper & brought him home to join our family there....
Teegan had her 7 - 8 - 9 -10 - 11 - 12 - 13 & 14 birthdays there....
Teegan started High School while we lived there....
Cooper has his 1 - 2 - & 3 birthday there....
Cooper started nursery while we lived there....


.... although I will not miss having to climb 3 flights of stairs with shopping.... & washing & not to mention a sleeping Cooper at times too....

now to get stuck in & make our new house our home.....


almost forgot to mention that... when we were about to start painting we discovered that Cooper had gone down the stairwell with a green crayon & drawn from the top to the bottom..... oh sh*t I hear you say..... well believe me our words were choice..... I had to dash back to the new house & grab a tin of magnolia paint & cover it all up.... like we needed anything else to do.... thank you Cooper....
