How's your glass today?

Another from the blip store of ideas. Need to make some deposits in this account as I've been making too many withdrawals recently.

We received the news that the Ofsted inspectors were finally going to visit tomorrow and Friday, so by the end of the week we will know our fate. Keep your fingers crossed for us. I am less than impressed that the inspection process puts such an intolerable pressure on school staff. We've been waiting for a visit for weeks. It's not right that people should endure so long with an impending visit hanging over them.

Is my glass half full or half empty? Half full and filling up rapidly at the moment I'd say. We're going up to Derbyshire in April to help celebrate my nephew's 18th birthday but before that we're going to return to the Inn on the Lake at Ullswater for three nights. We reasoned that we're going all that way to near Manchester so we may as well go a little further and spend a few more days in the Lakes.
