Saint Patrick's Day

I was far too swept up in the spirit of celebration that I forgot to take a decent photograph. So here is a genuine Irish man (Rory) holding a genuine pint of Guinness under the watchful eye of Francis.

Great evening after a day spent in the library I returned to a delicious dinner cooked by Helen and Bas. Daniel and Ted joined us and much fun was had by all, especially when the sloe gin came out!

We then joined the rest of the Hertford contingent on the pub crawl which despite starting at 7pm had only reached destination number 2 by 10.30.

Great evening but I don't like Guinness
