Oh Russia

So this is a brand new bin outside the building I live in. It talks! No kidding, when you put your hand in it says hello and tells you something about the rubbish. My flatmate commented that he wanted a recycling bin and instead we get a talking skip... A few days ago it was blue and shiny like the bit on the front but when I left the flat in the morning yesterday a middle aged man and an old woman were painting it with something that made it look old and terrible like this. All very strange.
