Morning workout

Out early this morning I saw this group in the centre of Phnom Penh getting their morning aerobics in. With colourful accessories.

Up early due to tripped electrics and their effects on household cooling apparatus. Baked out of bed. Plus whining of cats. This morning seriously begged the question: who in their right mind would voluntarily keep cats?
