Hazy bend

It had all the hallmarks of a stunning start to the day, frozen cars, minus temperatures and a sun burning away high in the sky however the fog soon overcame the sun and sat firmly over the landscape. 

This meant my 7.30 am walk along the canal turned into a fog fest but you know what, it sure was atmospheric and I have lots more photos than I would of done had it been sunny. 

Definitely mono and for me at least a fairly subtle one at that I normally prefer it all a bit more punchy.

Great to see lots of spread hands yesterday well done to those who were far braver than me!
