To Get Planting

A full action shot today.  It is St. Patrick's Day and therefore the appointed time in these parts to start planting potatoes.

From right to left there are two rows of "Lady Balfour" This is a second early.  One of the rows is covered with fleece to try and encourage an earlier crop.  The final row is "Rooster"  All the seed potatoes were saved from last year and have been "chitted"
