Börek

This is the main hot food option at the train station supermarket take away stall at the moment and I have had to limit my consumption of these so called Börek. Crispy, crumbly pastry spirals almost as big as your hand stuffed with feta cheese. Yum. Wikipedia tells me they are traditional Ottoman cuisine. 

I was already getting lazy about cooking dinner before they started selling these!
