Wood Sandpiper

This is at the Wetlands Centre in Al Ansab, it's a fantastic place to see a lot of wildlife and birds in one area, obviously the attraction is the large lake and the surrounding reed beds and wetlands. This Wood Sandpiper was very attractive and is constantly bobbing up and down, really just like a Wagtail, I need to research this behaviour because it's an odd thing to do, because it's perfectly lost against the scenery until it moves & that is rather a lot! Beautiful plumage!
