A day in the garden

Monday had the most beautiful weather we've seen up here for weeks, so it was on with the old clothes and out into the garden to do some tidying up. 

The grass needs cutting badly, which is good, because that's how I do it, (Don't worry folks, I'm here all week!) but otherwise it was a case of collecting twigs, blowing away the fallen leaves, and making a mental note of what needs doing and when. Cold, but satisfying work and a lovely change from being chained to the desk!
