Double eclipse

The weather gods smiled on Orkney and we got almost clear skies for the eclipse.

Enjoying seeing all the great pics popping up on blip. Some cracking shots.

I tried the pinhole camera (the colander version as well) which worked but the double whammy of the binoculars projecting onto card worked much better for me.

Wasn't easy balancing binoculars and camera. It was so cold everything I wasn't shivering, I was shaking. I'm amazed anything turned out vaguely in focus.
