Eclipse

It was touch and go.. would we see the solar eclipse or would it be covered in cloud? Luckily we got glimpses and the cloud helped to defuse the light, making it easier to look at and easier for me to photograph. 

I followed a throng of people making their way up Blackford Hill, the only other time I have seen crowds like that is at the festival or new year fireworks. The dogs started howling and the crows crowing as the sky went darker.

My first, and probably my last solar eclipse! All over by 10:30am and the world didn't end.
