Collared Love Doves

They arrived together and shortly after the wood pigeon came too. He spent his time chasing one or other of the doves away from the scattered seed, but while he chased one the other ate so the only one that didn't get any seed was the wood pigeon.
It is only when you see them together you realise how much bigger the wood pigeon is compared to the collared doves,
We watched the eclipse on TV this morning. It was quite spooky when it got darker and cold outside. I see lots of Blippers have got some super photos. It must have been really scary for our ancestors!
