Happy 100th Birthday to....

North Harrow Station.

I didn't realise until today that the tube station at North Harrow is a hundred years old. I assumed it was built in the 1920s or 30s because that's when most of the housing in the area was built.

Apparently there was a commemorative ceremony at the station today. On the way home this evening I had a quick look at the poster display at the station showing photographs from when it was built. There's also this poster to mark the occasion.
