The Partial Solar Eclipse...

...in Linton was underwhelming to say the least.  Here Emma is trying to point out the area that the sun should have been were it not shrouded in thick low lying cloud.

We saw nothing more unusual that the sky darken a bit like just before it starts to rain.  On the positive side no one suffered any eye damage and we had a delicious and sociable breakfast - thank you Emma.
