3.3...

So today I set myself a new challenge. Not to run 3.3 miles but to run 3.3 miles down a single track country road.

Last summer (before I was with tim) I lost 2.8 stone in 10 weeks by running 3 times a week and eating properly. Since being with Tim I have put most of that weight back on. It triggered last week when I was getting ready for a friends wedding and my options were limited drastically


I decided 10 days ago to do something about this excess that I'm carrying around and road running is going to be a large part of my blips from now on!
