Shojin Ryori
Today I had a bit quieter day after a busy week at work and I decided to dedicate my free time to my soul and our stomachs. I missed the eclipse being in a bank in the morning but later I went to a yoga class and feeling refreshed I started working on our Shojin Ryori dinner for tonight. This kind of cooking always makes me calm, happy and creative. Today I was noticing the beauty in each step of dinner preparation.
