The humble colander

Who would have thought that the trusty kitchen colander could help us view the astronomical event of the decade, the partial eclipse.  Not being in possession of a pair of eclipse specs, I decided to try to colander trick and amazingly it worked!  Hooray!

A busy day and then a swim this afternoon so tired out tonight and looking forward to a lazy night in front of the TV.

In case you are wondering, the blip wasn't taken during the eclipse, I wasn't that forward thinking!
