Yet another eclipse blip

Went to the top of the Victoria Park to try and watch the eclipse with Stina this morning. There were a few other people who had the same idea and we passed a few people standing along the top of the park and could see  at least a couple of dozen cars parked down by the seafront (at 9am on a Friday morning there are normally only 2 or 3 cars parked)The fireys were even out to watch the show.
It didn't look to good when we arrived as it was mostly clouded over but we kept getting peeks of the sun through breaks in the cloud. Took a few photos and viewed the sun through my ND filters all stacked together - the only problem was I don't have ND filters for my telephoto lens so had to make do with my smaller lens. Still, ended up quite pleased with the result though.
Quite an eerie feeling as it got darker as we approached 9.30 ish and the light did get very odd for about 10 minutes either side of the maximum eclipse as well as a noticeable drop in temperature.
