Broken Object

This was lying at the edge of the sidewalk next to a bus stop near us (in Paris 13e).  I moved the part at the top center somewhat, but otherwise everything was lying just this way. Kudos to whomever can identify it.

Marylee will surely tell me it's a boy's blip :)
