Licked
The end to a very tiring week and Bailey and I were both pleased to be inhabiting the sofa tonight - although he decided he fancied my side for a change.
I wasn't teaching during the eclipse first lesson today so managed to join in with the kitchen staff who tried viewing it through a tea towel (not recommended by the BBC) and then a colander. They were joined by students out of the Maths block with bits of scrap A4 paper with holes pushed through but it was the scientists who took it most seriously predictably; they went on the field with pieces of perspex. Luckily, with all of that interest, we got a good view of it.
