What chance.....?

...of seeing the partial eclipse today? Not much really. The horses weren't too hopeful either. Better to keep on grazing....

But it WAS good!

The sky really darkened and we put out the lights and the board and it was magic! So wish I'd been smart enough to take a picture of the children standing by the window, but I was engrossed in the moment too.

Then this afternoon the sun has been beautiful..and what a difference that makes! I bought two more small trees, an olive and a bay,  for the kitchen patio and it's looking good out there.

Lovely lazy evening after a busy week!

And very happy blip is OK...thank you to everyone involved in making that possible. A BIG week for them too.
