A Visit with Nora

Today, we drove to Vermont to visit our newest grand daughter Nora, who is now 6 months old, and sitting up all on her own!  Here she is with her adoring Daddy, our youngest son.

After we'd had our fair share of cuddles, we headed out the door for Boston, where we'll be for a week or so.  Even though it's supposed to be the first day of Spring, the snow started filtering down just about the time we left Nora's house, and what should have been a two hour drive turned into a 4 1/2 hour drive once cars started sliding off the highway, and a truck jack knifed across all east-bound lanes, causing a 90 minute standstill traffic jam!  It's now 9:30 p.m. and we've just settled into our apartment.  Running out the door right now to try to find some dinner before all the restaurants close!
