Huge box, little book

I have been ordering stuff in preparation for Arnie's birthday. The book that I had ordered along with this dictionary was out of stock so they sent the dictionary on its own.

I wonder if they had run out of wee boxes or if one of the packers was just having some fun. Either way I am not impressed as, despite all the packing bubbles, the little book was torn and will have to go back.
