Triathlon

Looked after the 3 of the grandchildren whose parents were doing the Triathlon, as the runners went past our house the kids stood at the gate offering cups of cold water.
What it meant was that Tipper (who happened to be staying this weekend) and I spent the afternooon running backwards and forwards topping up the jugs!!
Thanks Tipper we expended about as much energy as the Triathlon folks!!!!!!!!!!
Here's their Dad nearly at the end. Their Mum was first local woman!
