Sunrise ! Stormy sky ! Calm sea !

Been up the Naze end of my world this morning doing a paper round with my Grandson Brandon 
Freezing up there and that slight drizzle that makes being out uncomfortable,

For my sick list .
ECG
Nasal spray is for my Hay Fever and my eye problem( Giant Papillary Conjunctivitis )
Blood pressure is normal
 but use 
Calm thoughts well I can think them but that won't make them happen
Blood tests Liver, Thyroid, Iron, etc!
Apart form that I am fine Blippers xx
