With rosemary and thyme...

and 3 bulbs of garlic... and Goat cheese

I've been busy all morning baking this caramelized garlic quiche. We eat this evening with my youngest sister.
Do not be daunted by the large amount of garlic in this recipe.
Because the garlic cloves are blanched and caramelized, the penetrating garlic flavor disappears and the garlic is soft and delicious!

Too bad you can't smell it, but it smelles divine and the taste is so good
