Waiting

On this first Saturday of spring, I drove through a snow storm to take both girls to the vet for their annual check-ups and shots. Shannon is nervous and stays close to me but Molly, ever the social butterfly, loves it there. She stands by the door, listening and waiting, because she knows when they come in, they bring TREATS!
