I'm much prettier than those yellow things!

A strange day today! A morning at work with supposed friends laughing at me because I was doing a tasting table and wearing a hairnet and gloves which looked as if I should be slathering on a cream of some description.
This afternoon I bought some bark for the front garden. As you can see Peggy wasn't impressed.
We got back from the DIY store and in the back garden was a female Sparrow Hawk which had just demolished a Starling I think, from the feathers.
Tonight we are going to see a Genesis tribute band in Kendal, which Mr. C won tickets for.
An unusual day I think you'll agree.
