Cutting ties

Today was quite a big day for me, I have resigned from my job at TfB as Traffic Data Technician.  I have worked on and off for the Local Authority and it's term contractors since I was 22.   It has not been an easy decision, but only really for financial reasons.  I will miss some of the people but after last year my heart is not in it and that is no good for me or for my team.

It is time to go forward to new things, take a few risks and go and find new opportunities.  I have been offered 8 hours a week with a local landscape, tree and equine company to run their office, I have a trial day coming up next Thursday and that feels quite exciting, if a little scary!

Onwards and Upwards....I hope!
