Montacute

Adam did the 5k park run at Montacute House this morning and as it was a sunny morning, Ella and I went too. The grounds were beautiful and this is a picture of the house; it was used for Wolf Hall. Adam did really well, shaving nearly 2 minutes off his last time and enjoyed the run. We went for a quick cuppa in the NT coffee shop and back home for playing before lunch. E shattered (yet another cold) so she slept this afternoon whilst A watched the rugby and I tried to do some choir homework. The Vivaldi feels like it's getting there, but I'm finding some if the others (particularly the Motzart Vedspers) almost impossible. Keep reminding myself I'll get there in the end (or mime if not! The wonders of being in a choir). E had a hot chocolate for the first time after her nap. She was really impressed! A and I finally sitting down to watch the taped second half of the England game (impossible to watch with E running around)...fingers crossed they do it
