Rigging from The Matthew, a replica of John Cabot's caravel that he sailed to North America in 1497. I took advantage of boarding both the Matthew and the Balmoral for free today - short arms and deep pockets! To be fair I did make a donation towards the £350,000 required to get the Balmoral seaworthy again. I hope they reach their target as it's a fine vessel.
