Rainbow Kale or Not Rhubarb

Everyone who seemed to know, told me that this was Rhubarb. But FreeSpiral suggested that it was probably 'Rainbow Kale'. Since that makes a whole lot more sense than it being Rhubarb...we'll go with it! Many thanks, FreeSpiral!  This incredible plant was being grown to demonstrate a 'self-watering' planting system. Seeing this impressive plant at the Kanapaha Gardens Spring Festival did not convince me to buy the product, however!
