Spring lambs

As you can see we finally have lambs.  I was watching the lambs chasing each other round and round the bridge when a car pulled up in the lane and out jumped a dog, off the lead (no, not Basil). Fortunately it's owners set of in the opposite direction but not before the Ewes had declared war and were marching resolutely towards the fence whilst the lambs panicked and ran in all directions.  The scene of pastoral bliss was shattered.....

In other news, my nerves are in shreds, the England team should be holding their heads up high.
