Rock Solid

Went to Exeter today to see Rock Solid's Event.... a rather nasty run - you can opt for 5k, 10k or 15k, through ice (above), cold pools, water slides into cold ponds, etc... and these guys do this for fun! 
Luckily for the spectators it was dry and sunny, though with a sneaky wind....so for the runners it was bl**ming chilly....but at the finish most agreed it had been a great experience !?
