BBQ on Jerico Beach

It's been a productive day largely due to our friends Gareth and Mo who treated us to a BBQ on the beach. Not only that, they came and picked us up in their car and dropped off a bike for me to borrow- yippee! Earlier this morning we fitted in a phone call home and a trip out to by a bike helmet and lock. Tomorrow will be my first test of the Vancouver bike lanes and my ability to remember which side of the road I should be on. I should probably dig out the high vis jacket I brought over with me.
