Sofa snuggles

An early blip for me!

I spent last night on the couch again so that a) I could remain relatively upright and b) spare everyone else my noisy coughing fits. I was vaguely aware of Noo calling for me in the early hours but, other than that, I slept through until just before 6am, when Noo called out again.

Noo's account of the night is as follows:
"I shouted and shouted mummy, and the gate was closed. I thought you were in Zac's bed and I looked in there but you were gone, so I went to bed with Daddy for a little bit. Then I shouted "mummy, mummy" cos the gate was closed and you came and saved me from the dinosaur......."

I think it's an accurate account.....that pesky dinosaur!!

Personally, I feel pretty terrible. Noo seems much better,

although his spots are multiplying. ZQ has had chickenpox and seems to avoid most of the other germs in the house. GravyC has the lurgy but doesn't tend to get such a debilitating cough as I do. What we need is a loooong holiday in a warm climate!!!
