Mac and Cheese with Chips

Though not that you would recognise it, laced with chilli, mushrooms and peppers. I was always surprised that 'Macaroni Cheese with Chips' was considered a chef's speciality at the Scottish Widows staff restaurant. It seems a very bulky pair of things to put together and have for lunch. I was completely floored by it, in future I will stick with just the Macaroni Cheese part.

Moving house is becoming very tiring.
