Last competition of the season
Last October we went on a curling tour to Bavaria where one of our games was in Geneva ice rink. This week a group from Geneva made a return visit to Scotland and today came to Lanarkshire ice rink for their final game before returning home. It is a tradition to pipe teams from outwith Scotland on to the ice. This young lad is not wearing his full piper regalia since he is going to curl. We had good games, all of which unfortunately the Scots won. But it was a friendly atmosphere with great socialising after the match.
