On Friday, my good lady said " You seem to be at a loose end. If I give you the recipe, will you make some buttermilk rusks?"

Always up for a challenge, I accepted, and for the first time in my 60++ years, I got it all together on the rusk front.

Even if I say so myself, they are great ! !
